– District 10
Conservative Results.
Not Conservative Talk.
“The details of governing matter. I fight for the big conservative wins — and I make sure the small things get done for the people back home.”
Bill Coleman has been rooted in District 10 for nearly five decades.
He went on the air in Ponca City in 1979 as a young disc jockey, working in his family’s radio business. Today, he owns and operates Team Radio Marketing Group, a network of stations serving communities from Stillwater to Ponca City. For 49 years, Bill has met payroll, navigated government regulations, and built local jobs — all right here at home.
That real-world experience shaped his conservative philosophy: government should live within its means, stay out of your way, and focus on protecting families and communities.
Bill and his wife, Helen, a teacher at Epic Charter Schools, have been married since 1999. Together they’ve raised their family with the same values Bill fights for at the Capitol: faith, hard work, and personal responsibility.
He’s not running to make headlines.
He’s running to keep delivering.
Delivering for District 10. Fighting for Rural Oklahoma.
Bill Coleman believes conservative leadership isn’t about slogans — it’s about results that make life better for families and small businesses.
Bill helped pass:
● The largest tax cut in Oklahoma history
● Income tax reductions
● The elimination of the grocery tax
As a small business owner, Bill understands what it means when government overreaches. He’s fought to keep more money in your pocket and to create an environment where businesses can grow and jobs can thrive.
Bill is unapologetically pro-life and pro-Second Amendment.
He has:
● Protected girls’ sports
● Opposed radical gender ideology targeting children
● Backed law enforcement
● Supported strong anti-illegal immigration policies
For Bill, conservative values aren’t political — they’re personal.
District 10 includes rural communities that can’t afford to be ignored.
Bill delivered:
● Record funding for rural schools
● The largest single investment in county roads and bridges
● Support for workforce development and local economic growth
He understands that childcare access, workforce development, and public safety all play a role in keeping rural Oklahoma strong.
Bill maintains a 99% attendance record in the State Senate.
When constituents call, he answers.
When a grieving widow needed help navigating state bureaucracy to bring her husband home, Bill made the call — and the issue was resolved within an hour.
